Do my clients need to share their MT5 password?

No. Each follower installs a lightweight Expert Advisor (EA) inside their own terminal. The EA subscribes to the master's signal stream via our encrypted bridge — it never exposes credentials, deposits, or withdrawal rights. Clients retain full control of their account and can unlink at any time.
What happens if the master and follower use different brokers?

BRAINX handles it automatically. Our symbol-mapping engine resolves broker-specific suffixes (EURUSD.a, EURUSD.m, EURUSD.pro), translates contract sizes, and accounts for spread/commission differences when scaling lots. You can also override mappings per broker if you need fine-grained control.
How are lot sizes calculated across followers?

You choose. Five built-in modes: fixed lot, proportional to equity, multiplier of master, risk-percent per trade, or custom formula via API. Each follower can run its own mode — your aggressive clients scale up, your conservative ones scale down, automatically.
What's the real-world latency?

Our median signal-to-fill is 38 milliseconds with a p99 of 112ms, measured across all regions over the last 90 days. We run bridge servers co-located in LD4 (London), NY4 (New York), and TY3 (Tokyo), and route each follower to the nearest node automatically.
Can I take performance fees from my followers?

Yes. The Desk and Institutional plans include a fee engine supporting management fees (flat % of AUM), performance fees (% of profit, optionally high-watermark or crystallized monthly), and per-lot commissions. Fees are calculated nightly and billed through your chosen payment rails.
Is BRAINX regulated?

BRAINX is a technology provider, not a broker or investment advisor — we don't hold client funds or place trades on your behalf. We operate under standard software-service licenses and are SOC 2 Type II audited. You and your clients retain the broker relationship, and our Institutional tier includes compliance tooling (trade audit trails, KYC passthrough, and exportable reports) for regulated operators.
